We ship pet products to the address you provide at checkout. Here’s how shipping typically works.

1) Order processing time

Orders are processed and handed over for shipment within 1–5 business days after payment (most often 3–5 days).

2) Delivery time

After dispatch, delivery usually takes up to 3 weeks (approximately 2–3 weeks).
Occasionally, shipping may take longer due to:

customs processing,

holidays,

weather conditions,

postal/carrier network congestion.

3) Shipping carriers

We use the most suitable shipping method depending on your country and available routes. This may include international and local delivery partners (for example, DHL eCommerce, USPS, ePacket, or similar services).

4) Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s status.

5) Address errors & unclaimed parcels

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to claim the parcel within the carrier’s holding period, reshipping may require an additional shipping fee.
